Free home survey
Usually within a week
We come to you anywhere in South Wales, measure up properly, check the parts of the property you can't see, and talk through what's realistic for your budget and your family's routine.
Fixed-price quote
2–5 days after the visit
You get a written quote that lists the work trade by trade, what's included, what isn't, and a payment schedule. The price is fixed. Nothing changes unless you ask for something extra.
Planning and start date
Agreed with you
We book your dates, order materials early, and sort out any building control or certificates needed. You'll know who is arriving, when, and what happens each week.
The build
For the length of the job
One crew, one point of contact. Our own joiners, plasterers, electricians, plumbers, roofers and decorators work to the same programme, dust-sheeted and swept up at the end of every day.
Snagging, handover and guarantee
Final week
We walk the whole job with you and put right anything on your list before we invoice the balance. You get your certificates, care notes and our workmanship guarantee.

Common questions
The things homeowners ask us most.
How long does a renovation take?+
A bathroom is usually 1–2 weeks, a kitchen 2–4 weeks, an extension or whole-house refurbishment 8–20 weeks. We give you a realistic programme with your quote, not a best case.
Do you handle building regulations and drawings?+
Yes. We tell you at survey stage what approvals your job needs, liaise with building control and your architect, and arrange inspections at the right points.
When do I pay?+
A 30% deposit reserves your start date, then we bill every Friday for that week's labour and materials (payable the same day), with the balance due when the work is finished. Prices include VAT at the rate that applies to the work, and every bill shows the VAT separately — it's all written into your quote.
Can we change our minds part way through?+
Of course — most people do. We price any change in writing before we start it, so you always know what it adds before you agree.
Are you insured, and is the work guaranteed?+
Yes, we carry full public liability insurance and all our workmanship is guaranteed. Electrical and gas work is tested and certified.
